Increase RAM at free of cost

Hi guys, this is Koushik here… Hope you are fine and well. Welcome to the “Tech Solutions” blog.

Today I will discuss about a most interesting topic and that is- Is it possible to increase RAM without buying it from market place?

Yes, it is….

You can increase your PC’s RAM by using the hardware (available for both HDD or SSD). Actually, in our pc, generally there are 2 types of memory- one is the main storage and another one is the RAM. RAM stands for Random Access Memory. In short, main storage can store anything and everything like software, videos, images, music etc. permanently. On the other hand, RAM can store only the running programs temporarily. The important thing is for the both cases, main storage as well as RAM are nothing but a memory; one of them is used for store valuable things and another is used to keep the programs running on the background. As they are nothing but two types of memory they are interchangeable. Give your attention to the below if you wish to increase your pc’s RAM.

    STEPS:

1.       At first, make sure you have a blank drive. If you have no any blank drive create a drive separately or format any drive (except C:/) in NTTP form.

2.       Then, right click on “This PC” or “My Computer”. Go to properties icon.

3.       Go to “Advanced system settings” at the left side in your screen.

4.       Click on the “Advanced” tab. Then click on the “settings” menu.

5.       After that, go to the “Advanced” tab once again and click the “change” option.

6.       Therefore, select your chosen drive and then mention the initial and maximum size of the RAM as per your wish.

7.       Then, click on “system managed size” and then click on “set” menu.

8.       At last, click the “ok” button.

Finally, you’ve created your extra RAM successfully.

Remember- Never store any contents into your RAM drive, you’ve recently created, in future. It may harm your pc.

Thank you,
